Our two remaining summer CoP meetings will both deal with the important topic of training evaluation:
Part 1 in July will deal with the various statistical methods necessary for conducting a systematic and rigorous evaluation.
July 25: I Need to Evaluate a Training Intervention. Where Do I Start? with Dr. Jone Papinchock from FDIC Corporate University
Part 2 in August will deal with critical elements of designing a training evaluation plan for organizational impact.
August 29: Challenge Accepted: Design your Evaluation Plan, with Stephanie Hubka from Protos Learning and Natasha Roberts from the Urban Institute
