Multi-Generational Leadership

    One of the obvious themes that came out of the world cafe was the generational shared experiences and expectations that our 2035 leader will have.  And a common question debated were the ages of the leaders. This can be challenging because leadership is a journey that does not follow chronology.  

    So, emerging leaders (20-35 years old) are currently being born.

    So, leaders in 2035 (30-45 years old) are currently 10 to 20 years today.  

    So, senior leaders in 2035 (40-65 years old) are currently over the age of 20.  According to Pew Research, millennials are currently 18 to 34 years old.
