There are myriad challenges impacting our ability to design, implement, and execute  an effective training evaluation strategy that encompasses all levels of evaluation. Join our second challenge session of the year to focus on designing an effective evaluation plan that moves you beyond level 1 evaluations. We will be joined by two trainers experienced in designing and executing evaluation plans customized to their organization’s needs and available resources. Stephanie Hubka and Natasha Roberts will guide the group in designing an evaluation plan for a sample training program.

Presenters:  Stephanie Hubka & Natasha Roberts
