About Carol Goldsmith
Carol Goldsmith, The Discovery Coach, has helped clients on four continents achieve breakthrough results over her 20-year coaching career. A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Carol is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), NLP trainer, Action Learning Coach, coach trainer, and ICF mentor coach. She has served as President of ICF Metro DC, four-time chair of the Capital Coaches Conference, mentor coach to ICF global chapter leaders, and past chair of the ICF DC Prism Awards honoring excellence in organizational coaching.
