Presenters: Heather Archer and Stephanie Hubka
Two and a half years ago, Heather Archer launched her training company, Training de Jour, after many years of waiting and preparing. She specializes in helping her clients “Fill the Training Gaps” they experience in meeting their training needs. This allows her to work with a wide range of participants, clients and present on a number of interesting and transformative topics. Topics such as Presentation design and development, Team Building, and Human Dynamics.
Heather is a Master Trainer through the Association of Talent Development (ATD) as well as currently holding MCT and MOS Master Certifications. Heather presents training with an eye to adapting technical and/or complex training to an ever-changing environment to support change management best practices. She also enjoys, for some reason, working with the cranky and “challenging” participants. Visit Heather’s website at www.trainingdejour.com.
