    Location: US-VA-Tysons Corner

    Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the Learning and Development (L&D) team in our Client Services (CS) division. The L&D team is responsible for driving the customer-facing learning strategy and aligning signature learning programs to business goals. This team is also responsible for developing and delivering training content for new client services employees. As the Training Coordinator, you will work closely with a small team and gain exposure to programs and initiatives related to internal and external client services training.     This position will be part of Cvent’s Client Services and report to the Training Program Lead. This position will be located in Tysons Corner, VA.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Support the planning and execution of signature internal and external CS learning programs and initiatives, including communication, roster maintenance, and material preperation

    • Provide administrative support and coordination for training events, including: reserving rooms, calendar management, webinar coordination, shipping training materials, data management, report management, etc.

    • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, course maintenance, and reporting

    • Manage multiple inboxes and triage requests from the business

    • Collaborate with other internal L&D teams including HR, Technology, and Sales

    • Potential for facilitation of basic course offerings

    What You Need for this Position

    • Bachelor's degree with 1+ years work experience in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Must possess excellent communication, interperosnal and relationship skills

    • Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency

    • Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment

    • Event management, learning and development or LMS experience is a plus
