    The LMS Administrator and E-Learning Developer is responsible for administration of the learning management system (LMS) as well as design and development of online courses. In support of the Manager Technical Training Programs and the other E-Learning Training Designer, this person will split their time between two major areas.

    LMS Administration responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

    • adding courses to the LMS,
    • trouble-shooting end-user issues,
    • planning for and testing software upgrades,
    • developing user guides and job aids, and
    • working with others to plan and implement additional features.
     E-Learning Developer responsibilities include;
    • work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective interactive learning products, use sound design principles,
    • create media to use in online courses, and
    • develop training using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
