Director of Measurement and Evaluation

Reports to: Vice President of Finance and Operations

Purpose: Oversee chapter’s evaluation strategy and tools for internal operations and membership experience

Term: 1 year

Time Commitment: 20-25 hours per month

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on key metrics of board and Chapter success across board portfolios, including program attendance, communications statistics, and membership trends.
• Advise board on data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Oversee development, dissemination, and evaluation of annual membership survey.
