Here are some key things to know about speaking opportunities:
Keep Ideas Aligned
Event ideas must be aligned with an area of the ATD Talent Development Capability Model in the areas of in the areas of (1) Building Personal Capability, (2) Developing Professional Capability, or (3) Impacting Organizational Capability
Make Some Money
You can be compensated through the chapter's speaker revenue sharing agreement as appropriate for the event/topic proposed
No Proposal Limit
Submit as many proposals as you want to!
