The Trainer/Talent Development Specialist supports improving organizational and individual performance by assessing needs, developing, initiating, coordinating and implementing education and training solutions, and analyzing outcomes. Also supports succession planning and knowledge capture and transfer initiatives.
The Training and Organizational Development Specialist’s primary role is to design, develop and facilitate learning events, in addition to leading and participating in a wide variety of strategic organizational development efforts to create and sustain a high-performance organization. Demonstrates a commitment and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Basic understanding of Performance Consulting Design and develop classroom and eLearning modules that leverage adult learning principles and concepts for learner engagement. Facilitate classroom training to deliver knowledge, skills, and system information.
