Are you interested in helping to build and coordinate an internal training and development program for a staff of about 175 individuals? In this role, you will report to an operations executive, and will work closely with many different stakeholders to compile, refresh, and ensure delivery of substantial existing training and development collateral, while also helping us identify training needs and build internally-focused training.

Under the direction of the VHS Director, Organizational Development the Training Specialist is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of learning content including e-learning, job aids, and classroom-based materials. As the leader of the Productivity Consultant team within the Revenue and Sales department, this position will be responsible for developing programs, processes and tools that will support all channels and teammates in Revenue and Sales department. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized practice management programs including Sales Training programs for all sales channels. This includes onboarding programs and platforms related to all products, services, and systems for Revenue and Sales. Will develop and implement best practice programs and work directly with Sales management on all programs needed to increase the effectiveness and success of Revenue and Sales.
