Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of governance, onboarding, operational continuity, and knowledge management practices for the chapter.
- Oversee board onboarding, offboarding, leadership transition, and continuity documentation processes.
- Manage governance documentation, board repositories, operational records, and system access standards to support organizational continuity recommendations, and board.
- Provide governance reporting, meeting documentation, and operational oversight related to chapter systems, filings, contracts, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate annual governance reviews, operational continuity recommendations, and board documentation updates.
Board Terms / Participation
- One-year board term with eligibility for extension in alignment with chapter bylaws.
- Attend at least two (2) chapter events per quarter.
- Participate in board collaboration, governance reviews, and portfolio reporting activities.
