Prior to starting Powers Consulting Group, Jamie held titles such as Learning & Development Director, Training & Quality Manager, Educational Program Manager, and Area Operations Manager at companies ranging in size from 50 employees to fortune 500 companies. She has worked in the credit union, banking, member association, and retail industries during her 25-year career. Jamie’s expertise is in staff development, leadership development, organizational culture, instructional design, and learning facilitation, which she loves paring with her passion for helping people and organizations be at their best. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. She also holds the Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) designation from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
