Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of chapter networking and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee key programs and events, including Coffee & Networking, Networking Committee Sessions, Problem Solving & Walking, DC ATD Virtual Connect, Chapter Engagement at ATD ICE, Summer Social, Leaders in Learning, and Book Exchange initiatives.
- Collaborate across board portfolios to support member engagement, sponsor visibility, and chapter community-building efforts.
- Provide operational oversight, volunteer coordination, and reporting related to networking and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor participation trends, engagement feedback, and event effectiveness to support continuous improvement and sustainability.
Board Terms / Participation
- One-year board term with eligibility for extension in alignment with chapter bylaws.
- Attend at least two (2) chapter events per quarter.
- Participate in board collaboration, governance reviews, and portfolio reporting activities.
