Key Responsibilities - Lead the strategic direction, planning, and continuous improvement of the chapter's learning and professional development portfolio.
- Oversee key learning programs and events, including the Chapter Speaker Series, Mid-Atlantic Webinar Series, Employee Learning Week (ELW), CDI Coaching Program, Mentorship Program, CPTD Study Group, and Communities of Practice.
- Collaborate across Board portfolios to align learning initiatives with member needs, sponsorship opportunities, chapter events, and strategic priorities.
- Monitor participation, satisfaction, learning outcomes, and industry trends to recommend improvements and ensure the long-term sustainability of the chapter's educational offerings.
Board Terms / Participation
- One-year board term with eligibility for extension in alignment with chapter bylaws.
- Attend at least two (2) chapter events per quarter.
- Participate in board collaboration, governance reviews, and portfolio reporting activities.
